Role Overview
Join our Promotions team to run the operational heartbeat of
marketing promos—from planning and QA to launch, monitoring, and wrap-up. This
is a hands-on, independent role for someone who is both creative and
process-driven, thrives in fast cycles, and loves turning ideas into flawless
execution at scale.
Responsibilities
- Be the subject‑matter expert: Understand the mechanics, eligibility, and T&Cs of each promotion.
- Own end‑to‑end execution: Plan timelines, coordinate assets and approvals, set up and QA campaigns, launch, monitor, and close with learning.
- Run the operations: Manage the opt‑in application workflow, compile and validate data, and coordinate processing with internal teams.
- Support our clients: Handle and resolve client inquiries and issues related to promotions, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed.
- Track & report: Maintain the promotions tracker, ensure on‑time delivery, and produce summary reports with simple effectiveness analysis and recommendations.
- Contribute as needed: Take on ad‑hoc tasks that keep the team and campaigns moving.
Requirements
✅ Experience & background:
- 2 years experience in campaign management or marketing operations, owning end-to-end execution (planning, QA, launch, tracking, and post-mortems).
- Fluency in English plus proficiency in a second language (Mandarin preferred); comfortable working across diverse cultures.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Solid project management: prioritise effectively, manage timelines, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solver with both operational rigour and strategic thinking.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy; comfortable with basic performance analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables) and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a growth mindset; eager to learn new tools and skills.
