Marketing Operations Analyst - Monee/So Paulo, SP

What will be your mission

Responsible for planning, developing, and executing Monee's Marketing campaigns end-to-end, guaranteeing a good experience and communication in the app for the customer by ensuring main tasks of Campaign team from planning to execution involving other departments such as Design, Business Development, Legal, etc.

What will your day-to-day be like

• Coordinate brainstorming meetings cross areas for each campaign and collect insights
• Responsible for creating the campaigns details for each landing page and aligning it with the Business Development team
• Responsible for creating the requests to main areas such Design and Business Development
• Monitor main competitors campaigns and value propositions
• Responsible for the creative requests to Design team

What you need to take on the challenge:

• Degree Required in Business Administration, Marketing, and related areas
• Advanced English (speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory)
• Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge
• experience in Marketing and/or Communication areas
• Hands-on profile, ability to think strategically
• Data-drive profile, being capable of dealing with complex models and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external

stakeholders

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
