Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia

About the Role

We are looking for an International Vendor Co-Marketing Operations Specialist to support end-to-end Vendor Funding Operations across APJC & EMEA regions.

This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of vendor-funded marketing programs while collaborating with global stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor funding operations and campaign submissions
• Track funding utilization and maintain operational data accuracy
• Support marketing activity owners with vendor processes & guidelines
• Act as SME for vendor funding governance and compliance
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance & Claiming teams for fund execution
• Support quarter-end closing activities and funding claims
• Collaborate with regional and country stakeholders globally
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies

Requirements

Business Operations / Marketing Operations / Program Operations experience

Vendor budget or funding management experience (preferred)

Strong stakeholder management skills in global environments

Excellent communication & coordination abilities

Good command of English & Chinese (Mandarin preferred)

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
