Your new role

Hays Sunway Malaysia looking for Marketing Operations Manager to join our internal marketing team. This is a full time permanent role commencing immediately.

In this role, you'll establish the APAC Marketing Operations & PMO function, creating a unified operating model for Asia and ANZ. This role drives end-to-end program management for regional campaigns and global initiatives, optimises processes, enhances reporting and analytics, manages budgets, and ensures seamless prioritisation across shared services teams for maximum impact.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate global and regional projects including the Next Gen Website rollout across 8 countries.
  • Develop and embed processes map workflows, standardise templates, and implement governance for marketing operations.
  • Own project planning and prioritisation orchestrate end-to-end program management for campaigns and global requests.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement work closely with global counterparts (US, UK) and APAC teams to align priorities and deliverables.
  • Optimise tools and reporting champion Asana usage, build dashboards, and track budgets for maximum efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 58 years experience in marketing operations or similar roles
  • Highly proactive, organised, and process-driven with a focus on efficiency
  • Expertise in Asana and proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Exposure to campaign delivery and creative development is highly regarded
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to leverage AI for workflow optimisation
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional planning and prioritisation capabilities
