Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Operations Specialist to support global and regional marketing coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives, maintaining structured workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams.
What You'll Do
1. Global & Regional Coordination
- Participate in global and regional marketing meetings and support follow-ups
- Capture key discussion points, action items, and timelines in a structured format
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution
2. Marketing Operations Support
- Coordinate marketing requests across cross-functional teams (Design, Media, Regional)
- Ensure all requests are properly documented, tracked, and executed
- Maintain and improve marketing workflows, documentation, and internal processes
3. Performance Tracking & Validation
- Consolidate marketing performance data across regions
- Validate data accuracy and identify inconsistencies (FTD, ROI, conversion funnel)
- Support preparation of reports and insights for internal stakeholders
4. Budget & Activity Tracking
- Track regional marketing budgets and spending
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities across regions
5. Execution & Administrative Support
- Support coordination of marketing materials and logistics
- Ensure smooth handling and completion of marketing-related requests
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, reporting, tracking)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Reliable, structured, and execution-focused mindset
