Marketing & Operations Support Intern

Motul Malaysia invites a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Support Intern to join our team.

From Day 1, you will work closely with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders, supporting marketing activities while gaining practical experience in office operations, vendor coordination, and business administration.

This role will be based in Motul Malaysia Office in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.

This is a contract-based internship role, ideal for students seeking a meaningful attachment of at least 3 to 6 months.

Area of Responsibility

Marketing Coordination & Support

• Support the Marketing team in coordinating logistics for campaigns, events, promotions, and internal initiatives
• Assist in sourcing, organising, and tracking marketing merchandise and promotional materials
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to support timely delivery and execution of marketing activities

Operations & Office Support

• Prepare, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, invoices, and related documentation
• Support vendor communication and follow-ups to ensure smooth operational workflows
• Assist with general office administration, including filing, record management, and inventory tracking

Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with internal teams to support daily operational and administrative needs
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects that contribute to the smooth running of the office and marketing function

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders
• Growth-mindset driven — curious, proactive, and willing to learn
