We are seeking a proactive and driven Marketing & Partnerships Intern to support our marketing initiatives, audience development, and partnership efforts across our conferences, masterclasses, and business training programmes.
This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is passionate about marketing, communications, business events, and building strategic relationships. You will gain hands-on exposure to both marketing execution and partnership development within a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1.Partnership & Sponsorship Support
- Research potential partners, sponsors, and associations that suitable for the ongoing conferences
- Build and maintain a sponsorship and partnership database
- Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and outreach materials
- Support communication follow-ups and meeting coordination
2.Marketing Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
- Assist in planning and scheduling marketing campaigns across platforms
- Support email marketing, CRM updates, and audience segmentation
- Coordinate marketing materials for conferences and masterclasses
- Track campaign performance metrics (open rates, engagement, conversions)
- Prepare basic performance summaries for review
3.Market Intelligence & Strategic Research
- Conduct competitor benchmarking (topics, pricing, sponsors, formats)
- Identify emerging industry trends relevant to business events & training
- Research potential new market segments or industries
- Compile structured monthly insights with recommendations
4.Community & Audience Engagement
- Support communication with past participants and prospects
- Assist in gathering testimonials and case studies
- Help manage engagement across online platforms

Requirements
- Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, PR, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, partnerships, or events
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
