Your Role in VT Markets
As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Performance Marketing Head within the User Growth & Performance Marketing Team based in Malaysia. Your coverage spans across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, where you will collaborate closely with the Global Marketing Team, Creative Team, Product Team, and Content Team. In this senior strategic role, you will lead comprehensive performance marketing initiatives across multiple international markets and platforms, driving user acquisition and revenue growth while mentoring junior staff and ensuring the highest standards of campaign performance and compliance across diverse regulatory environments.

Job Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required
- 3-4 years of proven hands-on experience in advertising for fintech (Forex, CFD, Crypto) or the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of acquisition logic and compliance frameworks across international markets
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in analytics and attribution tools, including AppsFlyer, Firebase (GA4), and Google Analytics
- Expert-level knowledge of multiple advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Kwai, and affiliate networks
- Skilled in campaign performance tracking, attribution modeling, and data-driven optimization strategies
Soft Skills:
- Experience in team management or cross-functional project coordination with proven track record of driving efficient collaboration
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of coordinating effectively across regions and teams
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify performance issues, interpret data insights, and implement targeted optimization strategies
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with exceptional execution capabilities
Job Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing strategies for fintech products across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, covering mobile apps, Web-to-App (W2A), and landing page scenarios
- Manage sophisticated advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads (ASA), TikTok, Snapchat, Kwai, and affiliate networks, while ensuring traffic quality, cost-efficiency, and scalability
- Develop and execute comprehensive data-driven advertising strategies with ROI as the core objective, covering both in-house and agency-led campaigns with strategic budget allocation based on business stages
- Monitor and optimize performance of self-managed campaigns and external agencies, evaluate traffic quality metrics, ensure KPI achievement, and optimize user acquisition cost-effectively
- Stay current with platform-specific advertising mechanisms and compliance policies, proactively responding to policy changes with actionable optimization strategies
- Collaborate strategically with creative, product, and content teams to propose innovative creative directions, conduct comprehensive A/B testing, and continuously improve conversion funnels
- Utilize advanced proficiency in AppsFlyer, Firebase (GA4), Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics to support attribution, campaign performance tracking, and data-driven optimization
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, fostering professional development and knowledge transfer
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on key metrics, including CTR, registration rates, FTD, and FTT, to maximize performance outcomes
