Position Summary
The Marketing Planning Manager is responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility across multiple channels, increase sales conversion, and establish a consistent service experience. This role requires a creative and analytical leader with strong campaign planning and cross-functional coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational priorities to boost brand awareness and sales performance.
- Monitor industry trends and leverage emerging topics to design impactful event and buzz marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with international markets to tailor competitive marketing plans that support agent performance and growth.
- Lead market entry initiatives in line with expansion goals, including trade shows, promotional activities, content marketing, and interactive engagement.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Establish and manage an Agent Training Academy, including the development of training materials, expert service content, and event planning resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in gaming or software services.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end marketing planning and execution of large-scale events.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify strategic opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with experience in cross-border collaboration.
