Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Project Manager located in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We offer a clear career advancement path. This role is well-suited for professionals with supervisor-level experience in marketing who are prepared to take on greater responsibility as a Marketing Project Manager.
The Marketing Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, and ensuring project goals are met. The role involves developing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and communicating project progress to all parties involved.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all Company social media platforms and official website to ensure consistency activity and updated content
Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, trends and new technologies.
Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic to online platforms.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and access against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content idea, and implementation schedules.
Create content, copywriting for all social media posting.
Maintain up to date reporting and documentation in relation to all digital marketing activities.
Research and monitor activity of competitors.
Identify potential areas in digital marketing to expand on and propose new effective strategies.
Be actively involve SEO, Google Analytics and SEM.
Engaging with online media, third party online vendors, online agencies and etc.
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, ensuring bran consistency across all touchpoints
Enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty to strengthen long- term brand equity
Build and manage strong relationship with PR agencies, media, and brand partners
Oversee the design and production of brand collaterals
Plan and manage offline marketing initiatives including events, sponsorships, client engagement, and brand activations.
Track and evaluate offline campaign performance and prepare post-event analysis reports
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution offline campaigns.
Support other internal departments whenever needed.
This Role Requires:
Min 5years relevant experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in managerial role.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related filed.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Goggle Analytics, and social media advertising/content marketing
Strong background in brand strategy development and offline event planning
Excellent communication, team leadership, and project management skills.
Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin proficiency in an advantage
Preferred Skills
Comfortable engaging industry for various iGaming platforms.
Data-driven mindset with ability to propose innovative branding and marketing strategies
