It is a subsidiary of CytoMed Therapeutics Limited, a Singapore-based deep tech biopharmaceutical company listed on NASDAQ (ticker: GDTC). Headquartered in Singapore, with an accredited cell banking facility, the company specializes in the collection, processing, cryopreservation, and secure long-term storage of biological cells, with a strong focus on cord blood stem cells, adult peripheral blood mononuclear cells and mesenchymal stem cells.

In addition, IPSC Depository is actively engaged in research and development in cell-based therapeutics, supporting global progress in regenerative medicine and cellular therapy.

Role:

We are seeking a persuasive and energetic Marketing and Sales Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. This role involves implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with our Chinese-speaking clients, and tracking marketing trends. Our ideal candidate will be either someone with 1–2 years of sales and marketing experience (including internships or entry-level roles) and an interest in healthcare, or a biological sciences graduate with an interest in business and sales. They will have a robust understanding of the sales process and superb interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the key point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients
Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our client base
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners
Provide timely, effective solutions tailored to clients needs
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
Manage and update the company's social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu
Design and prepare marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, flyers, and promotional content
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the biotech and healthcare sectors
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Stay up to date on new product launches, competitor progress and keep the team informed

Qualifications:

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Experience in sales and marketing (including internships or entry-level roles), or a strong interest in business and sales for science graduates
Bachelor's in Biological Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver projects and respond to inquiries on time
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Willing to travel for client relationship management and event roadshows

Good to Have:

Experience with social media marketing platforms and content strategy
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese or other Chinese dialects
Familiarity with design or AI tools for content creation (e.g., WordPress, HTML, Canva, Adobe, generative AI tools etc.)
Interest in or knowledge of healthcare, biotechnology, or regenerative medicine
