Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Specialist at Rendeur Sdn Bhd. The specialist will be responsible for tasks such as social media marketing, collateral design, lead generation, program partners and speakers acquisition, cold calling, proposal development, account management, relationship building, market research, customer service, and effective communication. The role is primarily located in Penang with flexibility for remote work on some days.

Ideally candidate has prior experience in marketing, lead generation, and event management.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation abilities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in digital marketing, event management, web development, partnership development, content development, etc
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of CRM software and marketing, AI tools
• Experience in the event, engineering, marketing, technology or startup industry is a plus
