Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute KITSUI's marketing initiatives for the Indonesian market. This role will focus on influencer (KOL / Celebrity / Ambassador) campaigns, social media management, content creation, and overall brand engagement. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. KOLs, Celebrities & Ambassador Campaign Planning and Management:

• Identify and engage with relevant KOLs/ Celebrities/ Ambassador to promote Kitsui's products.
• Plan and execute KOLs/ Celebrities/ Ambassador campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with KOLs/ Celebrities/ Ambassador to ensure all content and postings meet brand standards and guidelines.

2. Social Media Management:

• Schedule social media postings across various platforms.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

3. Copywriting and Content Creation:

• Develop compelling and engaging copy for social media platforms.
• Create content that aligns with Kitsui's brand voice and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content.

4. Marketing Campaign Assistance:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

5. Administrative Support:

• Maintain organized records of marketing activities and campaign results.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for marketing meetings.

6. Ad Hoc Tasks:

• Support the marketing team with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Take on special projects and assignments as directed by the marketing manager.

7. Social Media Customer Service

• Respond and maintain positive brand presence to customer inquiries via direct messages, comments, and tags on all social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align customer interactions with brand tone and campaigns.
