Job Description

Company description

Lawdify is an APAC-native AI platform purpose-built for insurance claims processing and dispute resolution. Our autonomous AI agents turn raw, unstructured evidence into winning narratives, so claims handlers, lawyers and construction teams can increase capacity without increasing headcount. We are VC-backed, named in Singapore's Ministry of Law Guide for Using Generative AI in the Legal Sector, and already work with some of the largest law firms in APAC.

Why this role exists

We sell to conservative, relationship-driven enterprises: insurers, law firms and construction companies. They don't respond to flashy ads; they respond to credibility, domain expertise and trusted voices. Today our CEO handles all content and brand alongside sales and operations. That doesn't scale at our growth rate. In enterprise B2B, content isn't about volume, it's about authority. Your job is to make Lawdify and its CEO the default voice on AI for claims and disputes in APAC.

Job description

You will be Lawdify's first dedicated marketing hire, working directly with the CEO and alongside our SDR.

Founder brand & thought leadership: ghostwrite 3–4 LinkedIn posts a week for the CEO that sound like her, not a marketing team; run a quarterly editorial calendar tied to the sales pipeline; land speaking, podcast and panel slots across APAC; spot high-value ICP engagers and hand them to the SDR.

Content engine & demand generation: produce case studies, whitepapers and industry insight pieces; build sales collateral (one-pagers by segment, nurture sequences, competitor comparisons, objection-handling sheets); run the company LinkedIn page, website content and email campaigns; own SEO for the terms senior claims and disputes professionals actually search.

Sales-marketing alignment: work in lockstep with the SDR on pipeline objections and content gaps; run pre-, live and post-event campaigns; help polish pitch decks and POC proposals; track marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.

Use AI tools daily to scale output, while the editorial judgment, brand voice and strategy stay yours.

Qualifications

2–4 years in B2B content marketing, brand strategy or communications, ideally at a startup, professional services firm or enterprise SaaS company. Consulting, banking or legal-comms backgrounds are welcome if the writing is exceptional.

Outstanding English writing. This is the most important skill: crisp, authoritative, jargon-free, and never reading like AI. We will test it.

A portfolio written for senior professional audiences (lawyers, bankers, consultants, insurers). Consumer or lifestyle social media alone is not the right fit.

A strong grasp of LinkedIn as a B2B demand channel: pipeline metrics over vanity metrics.

Strategy and execution in one person: you can plan the quarter and write three posts before lunch.

Self-directed: you find the angles, propose, execute, measure and iterate.

Nice to have: insurance, legal or construction exposure; executive ghostwriting experience; HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google/LinkedIn Analytics, Canva or Figma; Bahasa Malaysia; experience in regulated industries; a long-form piece you can walk us through.

What success looks like

30 days: you know our ICPs, product and the CEO's voice; you've delivered a content strategy and next-quarter calendar; 8–10 CEO posts are live.

90 days: the CEO posts 3–4 times a week with engagement trending up; at least one major asset is in active sales use; nurture sequences are live; 2–3 inbound leads trace back to content.

6 months: Lawdify is a recognised voice in APAC claims and disputes AI; marketing-influenced pipeline is a tracked, growing metric; the content engine runs without daily CEO involvement.

Culture & compensation

You'll work with both co-founders daily. We work across Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong time zones, so flexibility is expected; in return you get outsized learning and direct CEO access.

Speed over perfection, and no fluff: every piece must build credibility, generate demand or enable a sale.

Performance bonus tied to content KPIs and marketing-influenced pipeline.

Full-time contractor engagement with potential transition to EOR after a 3-month probation.

A clear path to Head of Marketing, with equity participation for early employees who prove themselves.

Interview process

Initial chat (30 min) with the CEO. Bring a piece of content you're proud of.

Take-home project (48–72 hrs): e.g. draft 3 CEO LinkedIn posts, a one-page quarterly content strategy, and a nurture sequence for a Malaysian insurer.

Final interview (45 min) walking through your project and your 30-60-90 day plan.

Work environment

You will join our KL team, the office is located at Mid Valley.

Interviews will be all in person.
