Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of IMC department's activities.
  • Actively monitor, review and manage customer enquiries, ensure excellent and superior customer services, response timely to customers.
  • Manage and monitor marketing premiums inventory and prepare for event and internal stakeholder request.
  • Arrange delivery of marketing material to internal stakeholder.
  • Search for new vendor and request quotation, raise Purchase Requisition form, request PO & follow up with invoice.
  • To ensure systematic documentation and filings.
  • Asist in keeping track marketing budget.
  • Assist in events, marketing activities/campaigns whenever required.
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits.
  • Liaise with respective departments on the update and maintenance of the policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other related duties as and when directed by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Economics, Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Preferably at least 2 to 3 years of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Admin / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay & Mandarin language for both spoken and written
