Here Are The Responsibilities:

Prior experience in managing and resolving clients issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
To consult and evaluate a client's business progress and achievements throughout their journey.
To understand and have an interest in the business fundamentals specifically in the Content Marketing & Advertisement field.
Prior experience in managing business development or digital marketing (Content in Facebook ads, Instagram ads, or other social media ad platforms.)
To manage, prepare, and keep a record of the client's database and progress report.
Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the clients throughout the program to increase customer efficiency.
To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a good relationship with Hasbul Brothers clients.
To liaise and work closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure customer service efficiency.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

Important - At least 2-5 years of experience in the content/social media/ digital marketing/ business/ client engagement field.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Business or any equivalent courses.
To have an interest in the fundamentals of business content knowledge and marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering great excellent service.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

Statutory Contributions:
