Retention

  • Support day-to-day execution and operational activities across VIP, CRM, and gamification initiatives, including campaign scheduling, voucher setup, segmentation lists, and CRM calendar tracking.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Design, Ops, BizFin) to manage campaign setup, QA testing, and launch readiness.
  • Perform testing of CRM journeys, push notifications, in-app messages, and game mechanics to ensure accuracy before go-live.
  • Track campaign timelines, monitor live campaigns, and flag operational issues or anomalies for quick resolution.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and continuous process improvement.


Requirements:

Retention

  • Possesses basic marketing knowledge with an interest in CRM, retention, loyalty programs, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a proactive learning attitude, curiosity, and willingness to quickly pick up new tools and processes.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
