Support day-to-day execution and operational activities across VIP, CRM, and gamification initiatives, including campaign scheduling, voucher setup, segmentation lists, and CRM calendar tracking.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Design, Ops, BizFin) to manage campaign setup, QA testing, and launch readiness.
Perform testing of CRM journeys, push notifications, in-app messages, and game mechanics to ensure accuracy before go-live.
Track campaign timelines, monitor live campaigns, and flag operational issues or anomalies for quick resolution.
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and continuous process improvement.
