What You'll Do

• Research market trends and competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities in outbound travel and cross-border payments.
• Take ownership of marketing campaigns from end to end design mechanics, configure backend setups, run tests, and launch with impact.
• Collaborate closely with regional teams across multiple countries to align on plans, share insights, and ensure cohesive execution.
• Manage operations and timelines efficiently, troubleshoot challenges, and keep things moving smoothly.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and improve engagement outcomes.
• Partner with internal teams to enhance user experience, optimize marketing models, and build a scalable, data-driven marketing operations framework.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills in Chinese and English (both written and verbal).
• Understanding of Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage.
