Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate massage therapist to join our holistic aromatherapy spa, providing expert therapeutic massages and personalized relaxation experiences to promote our clients physical and emotional well-being.

Working Days

6 days a week (Shift)

Responsibilities

Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies on females and males.
Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.
Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor.
Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
Clean and sanitise treatment rooms and equipments before use.
Explaining massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.
Ensure that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
Requesting customer to leave rating on Google review after each session.
Opening and closing of the store as and when required
Assist in other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

Female / Male
Well-groomed and pleasant personality.
Must be able to work on a shift schedule (weekends / public holidays)
Able to communicate in Malay and English.
Strong interest in holistic wellness and aromatherapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have good sales skills and the ability to consult customers to buy services/packages.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
