Discover the Role

As a Junior MDM Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to learn from our APAC MDM team, which has a pivotal role in structuring TMF as digital organization, relying on automation and standardization of our central processes. Our team is global and part of TMF group's Internal Finance department. In our everyday work we cooperate with order-to-cash (O2C), purchase-to-pay (P2P) & record-to-report (R2R) and take care of their data to make all processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and preparation of customer, supplier and worker
• Verifying completeness and correctness of requests submitted by other stakeholders within the organization
• Making sure all requests are being processed in timely manner
• Data quality follow-up of all master data entries
• Continuous improvement of current processes and creation of process documentation

Key requirements

• Fluent in English both writing and speaking (B2/C1)
• Team player willing to cope with new challenges
• MS Excel knowledge - at least basic level
