- Leading Material Management business systems, SAP/WMS governance, PFEP management, and material flow processes to support efficient and controlled manufacturing operations.
- Driving inventory accuracy, material traceability, cycle count execution, and system-to-physical inventory reconciliation across warehouse and manufacturing operations.
- Coordinating MRB activities, inventory disposition processes, and non-conforming material controls while ensuring compliance and traceability requirements are maintained.
- Supporting new product launches, localization initiatives, engineering changes, and other business projects by ensuring Material Management readiness and operational continuity.
- Collaborating with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain partners to resolve operational challenges and improve business performance.
- Analyzing operational, inventory, and system data to identify improvement opportunities, implement corrective actions, and enhance process effectiveness.
- Developing organizational capability through process standardization, compliance support, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in material management, inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related fields.
- Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Working knowledge of inventory management principles, inventory accuracy controls, and warehouse processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and WMS in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of PFEP (Plan for Every Part), material flow design, replenishment strategies, and warehouse process optimization.
- Experience supporting new product introductions, engineering changes, localization initiatives, or business system implementations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, KPI reporting, process documentation, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with inventory audits, cycle counting programs, MRB processes, material traceability, and compliance-focused operations.
- Experience leading process improvement, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience coordinating projects and influencing stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, and Supply Chain functions.
