Responsibility

Summary of posts:

This position supports the overall operation by maintaining, solving problems, following repair and optimizing all amenities on kitchen appliances but not limited to pipes, procedures safety and protection systems in a safe and orderly manner.

The goal is to keep the kitchen appliances in good condition. This position also creates value for operations by maintaining preventive and correction maintenance that leads to increased operating time and reliability thus helping the restaurant meet their production and quality goals.

Tasks and Responsibilities: :

Performs restaurant -planned maintenance tasks as prescribed. maintained on quality high. Company safety procedures.
Ensures repairs and implementation of preventive maintenance in accordance with set standards.
Ability to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, cutters and so on.
