Role Overview
As an MCN Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing ToYm's creator network within the TikTok MCN and affiliate ecosystem. This role focuses on talent scouting, creator relationship management, commercial deal execution, and revenue growth through affiliate sales and brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute talent scouting and acquisition strategies for creators and affiliates.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with creators and key partners.
Lead contract discussions including onboarding, brand deals, and exclusivity arrangements.
Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets through GMV and brand deals.
Pitch and close integrated marketing and affiliate campaigns with brands and agencies.
Manage day-to-day MCN operations, coordinating with creators, sellers, affiliates, and platform representatives.
Develop innovative commercial products and packages such as live-stream campaigns, affiliate programs, and branded activations.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance summaries and ROI insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, MCN, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, affiliate marketing, and social commerce operations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience in training, coaching, or managing creators or affiliates is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced digital environment.
Prior experience working with TikTok MCN or creator networks is an added advantage.
Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
