Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical switching, isolation, and testing in accordance with licensing requirements and safety standards.
- Diagnose faults and conduct repair works on LV/MV switchgear, UPS, generators, etc.
- Assist in developing MOPs and SOPs for electrical maintenance.
- Supervise technicians and ensure safe and proper execution of work.
- Review maintenance quality, safety permits, and completeness of documentation.
- Support emergency response during incidents.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential risks before failure occurs.
- Ensure statutory compliance, certifications, and maintenance logs are up to date.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid Chargeman / Licensed Electrical Engineer certification (or equivalent country license).
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in critical facilities or industrial electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of UPS, switchgear, grounding systems, generators, and other electrical infrastructure
- Ability to supervise and guide technicians.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and LOTO practices.
- Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
- Willing to be on call 24 X 7
