MDG BackEnd Quality & Reliability Manager M/F

Lead the MDG Back-End Quality activities in Muar such as but not limited to:

• MDG Quality Improvement Programs alignment and execution in BEMT Muar.
• Technical Problem Solving of complex technical issues and internal excursions impacting MDG.
• NCL lots root cause analysis and corrective/ preventive actions. Highlight Lesson Learned for cross-fertilization.
• Process change management on process changes proposed byBEMT Muar. Ensure these are effectively managed and aligned with MDG Operations and Quality position.
• Support Customers and Divisionon ECC problem resolution and risk assessment at the shortest cycle time.
• Adherence to RTC plan defined. In case of rejects, manage analysis with BEMT Muar and improvement actions follow-up.
• Represent MDG in Customer Audits/ Visit in BEMT Muar.
