Position type : Blue Collar position.
Full Responsibilities :
- Perform maintenance & troubleshooting on production
machines
- Identify possible breakdowns, change parts.
- Provide machine improvements in order to increase
quality/production level and to reduce breakdowns
- Ensure high grade of availability of the machinery
- Perform planned maintenance (preventive & predictive)
on production machines
- Report in detail performed work in SAP-PM (work order
confirmations, spare parts reservations, etc)
Shared Responsibilities :
- Accept the responsibility and striving for excellence in all
work processes and outcomes, honouring organization
policies and all regulatory requirements
- Understanding and adherence to environmental, safety
and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by
ESH Department and also to take care of own safety as
well as working colleagues within the plant premises
- Keeping workplace clean and organized in a daily basis
Your profile
Diploma in Engineering Mechanical
Working experience in maintenance job
Our offer
- Safety knowledge (e.g. safety devices & functions)
- Electrical+programming knowledge (e.g. PLC, Electronical systems, instruments, drives, industrial networks from Siemens and/or Beckhoff) including electrical drawing reading
- Process knowledge (e.g. Inspection/Preventive procedures, machine-related knowledge, TPM)
- IT Skills (eg : Microsoft Office)
- Basic english skills (note: would be beneficial, not mandatory)
- Mechanical knowledge (e.g. Pneumatic, hydraulic, lubrication, alignments) including Pneumatic, hydraulic drawings reading.
