Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering/design and specifically in commercial buildings and factory construction for mechanical services, material take-off, and cost estimation.
Experience in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems, Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Clean Rooms, Process Utilities Systems, etc.
Experience in interfacing with clients and vendors.
Proficiency in detailed engineering, preparing technical specifications, and cost estimation.
Experience in engineering/design and construction work.
Self-motivated, patient, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with good analytical abilities.
