Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in person, via phone, or through remote access tools.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular system checking based on schedule provided.
  • Document common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference
  • Generate and review reports on system performance and support activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for data security.
  • Assist in implementing security measures and procedures to protect sensitive information
  • Be part of a team in developing systems, fixing problems or creating solutions.
  • Able to communicate your plans, thoughts, and rationale in your job
  • Ability to manage time, client and personnel

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma , Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Certificate in IT related field or equivalent
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
  • Posses Own transport
