Job Description
Job Title : Mechanical Engineer – ACMV
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Singapore
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems to support project execution, site coordination, installation, and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical drawings, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings, method statements, and inspection checklists.
- Perform ACMV performance and static pressure calculations.
- Coordinate with architectural, electrical, and plumbing teams.
- Prepare technical documentation for variation orders, damage claims, and additional works.
- Assist with testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning of ACMV systems.
- Update as-built drawings based on actual site installations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant ACMV/HVAC experience.
- Experience in site execution, technical documentation, and project coordination.
- Candidates currently based in Singapore with immediate availability are preferred.
