Job Responsibility
- Scoping, assessment, costing, proposal, bidding, planning, execution and reporting of various building repair and maintenance projects.
- Need to recruit, train and manage skilled and semi-skilled manpower, both local and foreign. Their welfare, discipline and work performance depend on your management and leadership skills.
- Obtain CGDL and be responsible for company vehicle to transport manpower, equipment, tools and material from office to project sites.
- Manage both product and performance warranties issued to customers.
