Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the technical feasibility assessment of the structural direction of product development based on product definition and industry standards and providing risk points and corresponding emergency plans.

2. Based on factors such as hardware, structure, and cost, complete the selection of mechanical and electrical components.

3. Responsible for the stacking design and structural design of the product and organize relevant departments to review the scheme.

4. Writing and drawing related documents such as restriction height drawings, part drawings, assembly flowcharts, explosion diagrams, DFM, BOM, etc.

5. Assembly and verification of mockup samples, review of molds DFM, follow-up of mold processing, follow-up of trial molds, and sample approval.

6. Track the assembly of key products manufacturing, promptly track trial duction and testing issues and provide solutions.

7. Establishment and continuous optimization of technical standards and design specifications

8. Other work tasks arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related fields, with over 5 years of work experience in the consumer electronics industry. Experience in mobile phones and POS machines is preferred.

2. Familiar with mechanical principles, GD&T standards, proficient in mechanical design knowledge, and capable of tolerance analysis.

3. Familiar with assembly design and the design characteristics of various parts. Familiar with stamping, plastic, die-casting and other molds, as well as related materials and surface treatments.

4. Proficient in the use of 3D, 2D and other software, with the ability to model complex surfaces and independently undertake design 3D and 2D drawing.

5. Familiar with the product development process.

6. Able to withstand pressure, and tackle key and difficult projects. With team spirit, skilled in technical sharing, and able to cultivate new talents.
