- To attend client consultant and site project meetings.
- To prepare Mechanical services design, tender documents and cost estimates.
- To perform tender evaluation and prepare tender evaluation reports.
- Review shop drawings and construction material submissions for compliance to specifications.
- Administer Mechanical Engineering works contract of building services.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job Specification
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a BEM recognized University.
- A minimum 2 years of the relevant experience in design and site installation of air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system, fire-fighting system, water plumbing & sanitary system, lift system, compressed air system, building management system, liquified petroleum gas system and etc.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and Engineering Design software will be an added advantage.
- Experience in M&E consulting engineering company will be preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Must be willing to work in outstation, whenever required
