Mechanical Lead - HVAC & Liquid Cooling

主要职责| Key Responsibilities:

• 审核机房空调制冷及液冷方案,核查冷却能力、设备配置和后续扩容安排,满足高密度GPU设备的散热需求。
• Review HVAC and liquid cooling designs, including cooling capacity, equipment configuration and future expansion, to meet the heat removal requirements of high-density GPU equipment.
• 负责GB系列液冷系统与机房冷却系统的衔接,协调液冷分配单元(CDU)、冷却管.、机柜接口、水质及漏液监测等要求。
• Manage interfaces between GB-series liquid cooling systems and facility cooling infrastructure, including coolant distribution units (CDUs), pipework, rack connections, water quality and leak detection.
• 参与设备选型、技术评审及采购,跟进供应商技术资料、生产交期和设备验收。
• Support equipment selection, technical evaluations and procurement review vendor submissions, track manufacturing schedules and participate in equipment acceptance.
• 跟进现场安装质量及施工进度,协调电气、土建、自动化等专业,解决设备安装及系统连接问题。
• Monitor installation quality and progress, coordinate electrical, civil and controls interfaces, and resolve installation and system connection issues.
• 组织系统调试及性能测试,验证正常运行、设备故障及备用系统切换等情况下的冷却效果,推动问题整改。
• Lead commissioning and performance testing, verify cooling performance during normal operation, equipment failures and standby system changeovers, and drive defect resolution.
• 兼顾给排水系统的设计及施工协调,完成竣工资料审核、操作培训及运维移交。
• Coordinate plumbing and drainage design and construction, and oversee the review of as-built documents, operator training and operational handover.

任职要求|Qualifications:

• 本科及以上学历,机械工程、暖通、制冷、建筑机电或相关专业。
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, Building Services or a related discipline.
• 8年以上相关工程经验,其中至少3年数据中心空调制冷系统经验,具有实际建设、安装及调试经历。
• At least 8 years of relevant engineering experience, including 3 years in data centre HVAC and cooling systems, with practical construction, installation and commissioning experience.
• 须具有NVIDIA GB系列(如GB200/GB300)液冷数据中心项目的实际实施经验,参与过液冷系统安装、调试或交付。
• Hands-on implementation experience with liquid-cooled data centres supporting NVIDIA GB-series platforms, such as GB200 or GB300, is required, including participation in liquid cooling installation, commissioning or handover.
• 熟悉机房空调制冷及液冷系统,能够独立审阅图纸、设备参数和测试方案,并协调液冷设备与机房冷却系统的连接。
• Strong knowledge of data centre HVAC and liquid cooling systems able to independently review drawings, equipment specifications and test procedures, and coordinate interfaces between liquid cooling equipment and facility cooling systems.
• 具备设计顾问、承包商及设备供应商协调管理能力;具有业主方、马来西亚或东南亚数据中心项目经验者优先。
• Proven ability to coordinate consultants, contractors and equipment suppliers. Owner-side experience or data centre project experience in Malaysia or Southeast Asia is preferred.
• 能够使用英语进行技术沟通、会议交流及文件审阅。
• Able to conduct technical discussions, participate in meetings and review documents in English.
