PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To be responsible for daily plant maintenance (schedule/breakdown) on all company plants so that plant downtime is kept at a minimum.
- To perform alignment and overhaul on machinery equipment. ie pump to motor, fan to motor. Ensure minimum vibration on equipment.
- To work closely with production personnel on timing of regular preventive maintenance programs and responsible for carrying out such programs.
- To perform regular machinery condition monitoring [i.e. vibration check, temperature, sound check, oil top up, oil replacement, greasing and etc], assess their reliability and inform plant engineer/manager of any abnormalities.
- To carry out regular inspection on plant equipment and assess their reliability and inform plant engineer/manager of any abnormalities.
- To be responsible for proper and schedule maintenance / repairs procedures / operations have been carried out and documentation been filled up and kept.
- To carry out periodic preventive maintenance on plants and pipelines. Practice good housekeeping at customer site, workshop and plant areas and follow safety practices.
- Follow ISO9001 procedures and work instruction, work with superior to maintain and improve the process.
- To ensure proper care of maintenance of tools and its allocation. He is also responsible for the workshop housekeeping
- To report any abnormalities in plant operating condition/issues to shift supervisor/plant engineer
- To be responsible for bill of material preparation for all modifications / installations and notify for necessary purchase requisition.
- To supervise contractors – manage contractor safety and performance.

- Coordinate the planning, development and implementation of recovery, repair, and preventive maintenance procedures to maintain system operation.
- To support eMOC issuance, FMEA analysis, HIRARC, Risk Analysis, RCM work, Operator Basis Care, Autonomous maintenance activities, continuous improvement project and etc
- Facilitate audits processes to assess the compliances of AP On site operations activities against to AP's standard or relevant applicable standards (i.e., ISO standards, AP Corporate EHS audits, customer audits).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years experience on mechanical and machinery related work Or,
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 years experience in plant maintenance
- Able to use common instrumentation measurement tools
