Description
To carry out preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance by Team Leader. Shall be responsible for troubleshooting breakdowns, executing repairs and reports problems to the team leader. Shall be responsible to be the task supervisor for mechanical offshore activities such as vessel / heat exchange cleaning, mechanical isolation / de-isolation, valve repair and replacement, catalyst bed change out and other mechanical activities for static equipment. This position will supervise the contractor to perform the task completion with safety awareness.
- Responsible to complete execution for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment overhauling as per COMPANYs maintenance plan with compliance to manufacturer standard / COMPANYs standard,
- Receive work orders (maintenance job cards) from the CONCOR Team Leader and carry out works (campaign for an offshore mission such as vessel cleaning, valve repair, etc) of mechanical static equipment installed on offshore platforms/facilities as per laid down procedures, schedules and/or instructed by CONCOR Team Leader, adhering to the plant safety procedures,
- Report any abnormalities found on equipment to COMPANYs maintenance team leaders immediately to ensure proper actions are taken in a timely manner to maintain the reliability of the equipment/plants,
- Check spare parts/materials on hand and report any shortage to the CONCOR Team Leader for further action,
- Feedback information to the CONCOR Team Leader to ensure consistent equipment history and record tracking in COMPANY's CMMS,
- Reporting of any abnormal events or malfunction detected to the CONCOR Team Leader to ensure proper actions are taken in a timely manner to maintain the integrity of the equipment/plants,
- Perform a routine test of standby equipment and troubleshoot defective equipment as instructed. Repair and restore the equipment back to its serviceable condition. Report abnormity or discrepancy to the CONCOR Team Leader,
- Follow and encourage strict adherence to the COMPANY's HSE policy and regulations in all work under the responsibility and directly report to CONCOR Team Leader.
- Ensure that preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, routine and non-routine works are accurately and efficiently done within the timeframe,
- Ensure that the works carried out, are of the highest levels of quality,
- Ensure that tools and equipment at the worksite are kept in good working conditions,
Requirement
- Higher Technical Diploma in Machine/Mechanic.
- Basic rigging and lifting training.
- Basic shaft alignment training,
- Possess a valid BOSEIT and Medical Certificate for CPOC OSP Application
- Fair command of written and spoken English,
- The moderate physical effort of standing, walking, climbing for 50% of work time.
- Minimum 5 years field working experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment in Offshore Oil and Gas industry or similar.
- Working knowledge of static mechanical equipment such as vessel, exchanger, reactor, valve and all other static mechanical items,
