Performance Monitoring: Track full-funnel channel metrics, evaluate placements, and deliver actionable post-campaign reports to continuously improve media effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery and provide constructive feedback on ad creatives to maximize engagement.
Market Insight: Stay updated on media trends, consumer habits, and competitive activities to refine Xiaomi's media strategies
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of full-spectrum media buying experience (Digital + Traditional), with proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end.
Background in consumer electronics, tech, or FMCG industries highly preferred.
Hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and other major digital ad platforms.
Deep understanding of the Malaysian media ecosystem, local consumer habits, and cultural nuances.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
