Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Integrated Campaign Planning: Independently design and execute online-offline media campaigns (Digital, OOH, TVC, Radio, Print) aligned with product launches and promotional timelines.
  • Budget Management: Oversee annual and campaign-level media budgets, strategically allocate spend to maximize ROI, and lead rate negotiations with agencies and vendors.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track full-funnel channel metrics, evaluate placements, and deliver actionable post-campaign reports to continuously improve media effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery and provide constructive feedback on ad creatives to maximize engagement.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on media trends, consumer habits, and competitive activities to refine Xiaomi's media strategies

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full-spectrum media buying experience (Digital + Traditional), with proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end.
  • Background in consumer electronics, tech, or FMCG industries highly preferred.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and other major digital ad platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the Malaysian media ecosystem, local consumer habits, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
