What You'll Do
- Support internal teams and stakeholders by helping define topics, filters, and objectives for social listening reports.
- Set up, manage, and refine Sprinklr and Brandwatch queries and dashboards to ensure accurate, insightful analysis.
- Analyze data to identify key trends: volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers, and unexpected patterns.
- Translate data into clear reports (Google Slides, Excel, newsletters) with charts, infographics, and actionable narratives.
- Provide insights to support content, media, and campaign decisions.
- Maintain reporting schedules for recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Ensure tidy data management — upkeep of shared calendars, folders, and documentation.
Who You Are
- Based in Malaysia, with understanding of local digital culture and social platforms.
- 1–3 years experience in social media analytics, research, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience (or strong willingness to learn) with Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or similar social listening tools.
- Comfortable using Excel and Google Slides for reporting and visualization.
- Strong English proficiency — able to communicate insights clearly in writing and in presentations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about using data to tell stories.
- A team player excited to grow in a regional, collaborative environment.
