Job Description

  • Support clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and medical affairs functions to ensure safe, ethical, and compliant clinical practices.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (JCI, ACHS, MSQH).
  • Coordinate clinical governance meetings, including logistics, documentation, and communication with Consultant Specialists.
  • Facilitate credentialing and privileging processes for Consultant Specialists.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to clinical governance.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks in clinical operations to safeguard patient safety.
  • Conduct audits and support external inspections by regulatory bodies.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and secure record-keeping of compliance activities.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on compliance status and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Quality, Legal, HR) to ensure aligned governance practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date doctors database.
  • Support MOH licensing processes and handle Consultant Specialist-related matters (e.g., complaints, contracts, feedback).
  • Assist with cross-departmental coordination and ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirement

  • Must possess Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery.
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Has experience in participating in any relevant accreditation activities.
  • Has experience and knowledge of Quality Assurance in relation to Medical Affairs.
  • Competent communication skills, both verbal and written.
