Position Overview :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Doctor to join our team in a physical clinical setting.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, in-person medical care while demonstrating a strong patient-centric and customer service mindset, ensuring every patient receives attentive, personalized care throughout their visit.
This role involves conducting thorough consultations, diagnosing and treating patients, and maintaining accurate medical records. The doctor will also collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare staff, provide medical guidance when needed, and contribute to continuous service improvement through feedback and clinical insights.
The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive patient experience, upholding clinical excellence, and supporting the overall efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery within the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments in person to formulate an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Request relevant investigations and interpret the results obtained.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as per established protocols.
- Develop and implement patient management plans while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams where required.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Provide teleconsultation through My Health Advisor and issuance of Electronic Prescriptions (EPS) in accordance with clinical and telemedicine practice guidelines.
- Maintain professional standards of clinical knowledge, communication and behaviour with patients and colleagues.
- Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to enhance medical expertise.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to perform related medical duties as per service requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or an equivalent medical degree.
- At least 5 - 8 years experience in Medical field
- Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
- Holds a valid and updated Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Gained at least five years of experience working in a related field.
- Shift working hours is required, including alternate Sat & Sun.
- Location - based at Selayang
