Company: OHC – Open Health Chapter Sdn Bhd

Location: Eastern Region of Peninsular Malaysia (ideally based around Kuantan; flexible/remote with occasional visits to HQ)

Employment Type: Full-time (flexible, performance-based)

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a driven, independent, and experienced Sales Executive to cover the eastern region of Peninsular Malaysia. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a key region and grow with a young, dynamic company.

What You'll Do

  • Business Development – Identify and engage potential customers, including hospitals, diagnostic labs, and clinics in your region.
  • Sales Management – Promote and sell laboratory Analyses, IVD/ POC and rapid test products; meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Expertise – Conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations for healthcare providers.
  • Customer Care – Provide after-sales support, respond to inquiries, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Market Insights – Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to improve strategy.
  • Independence with Support – Work flexibly from your region, with occasional visits to HQ for training or meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of proven experience in selling medical diagnostic equipment, laboratory products, or rapid tests in Malaysia.
  • Strong network of contacts within hospitals, labs, and clinics.
  • Track record of closing deals and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to healthcare professionals.
  • Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Independent, self-driven, and motivated to grow with the company.
