Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Planner/Architect based in Ampang. The role involves designing and planning health facilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing and understanding healthcare requirements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, the role will require the development of architectural drawings, support in procurement, and operational coordination with stakeholders to achieve projects focused on meeting healthcare objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architecture, facility design, and health facility planning
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in healthcare facility design
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools such as design software (e.g., BIM, AutoCAD, Revit) is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Healthcare Design, or a related field
• Prior experience in healthcare settings and international projects will be an added advantage
