Medical Product Sales (Aesthetics/ Orthopedic)

Position: Product Sales Respresentative / Sales Manager — depending on experience, track record, and ability to drive new business.

We're looking for a Sales Hunter who thrives on opening doors, winning new accounts, and exceeding targets. This is not a passive account-management role. You will own the hunt.

Job Description

• Prospect and acquire new clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals
• Build strong relationships with clinic owners, doctors, and key decision-makers
• Sell premium medical aesthetic & Orthopedic pain devices, technologies, and skincare solutions
• Own the sales cycle — prospecting → presentation → negotiation → closing
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Conduct product demonstrations, consultations, and professional presentations
• Educate customers on product features, treatment applications, and clinical benefits
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
• Represent AG Aesthetics at workshops, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events
• Deliver excellent follow-up and after-sales support to build long-term partnerships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
• Proven sales hunter with a strong track record of hitting targets
• Experience in medical aesthetics, medical sales (orthopedic& pain) , healthcare, beauty, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales preferred
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Highly driven, proactive, resilient, and self-motivated
• Confident communicator who can engage doctors, clinic owners, and senior decision-makers
• Someone who loves the chase, enjoys winning, and is motivated by results
