Synapse Laboratory is a medical laboratory with a strategic focus on the development and implementation of reference technologies, providing unique products and solutions that can better the nature of conventional healthcare services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating leads and supporting new business revenue to the company.
- To promote laboratory tests/services to clinicians/hospitals/medical centers and to
- develop new key accounts with proper follow-up of sales opportunities.
- To assist in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- To assist in developing marketing and promotional materials.
- To plan and organize events such as clinical presentations or CME talks to promote and create awareness on the specialized laboratory tests/services.
- To manage existing clients and handle any feedback/complaint(s) to ensure long-term partnership and client satisfaction.
- To work closely with the operations (laboratory) team to provide high quality and reliable services that meet the client's needs.
- To identify requirements for new products/services to anticipate and potentially lead
- the market.
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a Degree in any discipline relevant to health sciences. Candidates from marketing or affiliated fields with relevant backgrounds or interests in the healthcare industry are also encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the healthcare or healthcare-related industry.
- Candidate with Genomics and/or Oncology testing experience in sales/marketing will
- be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate must possess own transport and be willing to travel across Klang Valley & South Region.
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
