Position: Product Specialist, Dental
Location: Whole Sarawak covering both private and government
Job Purposes:
The Product Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing revenue with high-profit margins through the promotion of Dental Products. The role involves servicing existing accounts, securing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across Sarawak.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and budget targets.
- Planning and organizing daily work schedules to visit existing and potential customers.
- Conducting product presentations, organizing group events, and engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Collaborating with marketing teams to execute strategies, explore growth opportunities, and deliver effective product positioning to support area goals.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the dental or pharmaceutical sector (preferred), with proven track record in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong network and experience liaising with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
