Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Sales Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur. The responsibilities include promoting and selling medical products and services to healthcare professionals, building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals and clinics, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge. The role involves regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Mainly filed focus on Laparoscopic or vascular intervention items

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Medical Sales and Hospital Sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Basic understanding of Medicine and healthcare industry standards to effectively address customer needs and provide accurate product information.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment and independently when required.
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacology, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Bilingual Mandrine and English is perferred.
