Responsible for overseeing both operational and management tasks related to installation, after-sales services, logistics, and team coordination for MEL in the assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Operational (Normal Job):
- Perform installation of products.
- Handle after-sales (AS) services, including in-house repair, product exchange, and paid services.
- Manage rental collection (RC) in Sandakan, Tawau, Sibu, and Bintulu.
- Coordinate product delivery.
- Conduct maintenance (RS) work.
- Process product returns.
- Execute repossession of products as necessary.
- Carry out site visits, collections, and manage repossessed products.
Management Job
- Assist EM (Executive Manager) in managing the regional team.
- Support the hiring process for MES staff.
- Manage job assignments and work allocation.
- Oversee stock and warehouse operations as PIC.
- Attend HQ projects and site visits (e.g., Celcom Project).
- Resolve escalated AS cases or issues unresolved by MES.
- Monitor in-house repair statuses.
- Complete tasks assigned by EM and provide full support.
- Conduct inventory audits and prepare stock quantity forecasts.
- Monitor and track MES job status.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School qualification, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced Diploma, or equivalent in any Business-related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Preferably with experience as a Magic Engineer Leader or similar role.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
