Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for MEP projects
- Review tender documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations
- Support value engineering and cost optimization
- Assist with cost control throughout project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate cost records
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 24 years experience in MEP estimation, QS, or cost engineering
- Knowledge of tender processes, contracts, and BOQ preparation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; costing software is an advantage
