MEP Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Kuala Lumpur | Full-Time

Ivana Decor Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced, hands-on MEP Supervisor for hotel and high-end interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all MEP works (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection).
- Manage subcontractors, manpower, workmanship and daily progress.
- Identify and resolve MEP clashes and site technical issues.
- Coordinate MEP installations with architectural and ID works.
- Ensure quality, timely completion, testing and commissioning.
- Liaise with consultants, project teams and building management.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant MEP site experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret MEP drawings.
- Experience in hotel renovation or interior fit-out preferred.
- Proactive, independent and capable of driving subcontractor performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
